After years of coaching hundreds of people and primarily working with the conscious mind, something clicked one day when I realized, if 80-95% of what we do, say think and believe is run by the subconscious, why am I not helping people directly access THAT to help them change?
I had taught hypnosis for birth for 8 years and knew it worked, so I went to Grace Space Hypnotherapy School, to master the Ericksonian Hypnos is method to help people reach their goals, transform and spiral UP rather than down, faster and easier than ever before.
I am now certified and have done over a hundred powerful hypnosis sessions and I'm blown away by how effective and powerful it is.
If you're not sure if Hypnosis works, check out these statistics:
A survey of psychotherapy literature by Alfred A. Barrios, Ph.D. compared hypnosis to traditional therapies and showed that psychoanalysis has 38% recovery after 600 sessions, behavioral therapy 72% recovery rate after 22 sessions.
Hypnotherapy clients experience a 93% recovery rate after 6 sessions!
Though it isn't instant, 6 sessions sounds a whole lot better than years of therapy!
So what can it help with?
Almost anything,
but I specialize in helping people reach their goals, get clarity and Spiral Up into a Life that they Love.

A few more studies:
A trial compared Hypnosis with biofeedback or a combination of both. All groups had significant reduction in STRESS. However, at six-month follow-up only patients receiving Hypnosis had maintained the reduction.*
In 1986, Gordon Cochrane investigated the effects of hypnosis in WEIGHT LOSS for 60 females, at least 20% overweight. Hypnosis was more effective than a control group: an average of 17 lbs lost by the hypnosis group vs. an average of 0.5 lbs lost by the control group, on follow-up.
An analysis of five weight loss studies reported in the Journal of Consulting and Clinical Psychology in 1996 showed that the “… weight loss reported in the five studies indicates that hypnosis can more than double the effects” of traditional weight loss approaches.
Researchers analyzed 18 studies comparing a cognitive behavioral therapy such as relaxation training, guided imagery, self-monitoring, or goal setting with the same therapy supplemented by hypnosis. Those who received the hypnosis lost more weight than 90 percent of those not receiving hypnosis and maintained the weight loss two years after treatment ended.
